 Master’s degree from school of Optometry, Indiana University, United States in 2013

Grade: Excellent                                                                  

·    Bachelor degree in Optometry from King Saud University, Collage of Applied Medical Sciences in Riyadh 2006-2007.

Grade: Excellent with second class honor.                   

Experience:

Ø   Demonstrator in the collage of applied medical science at King Saud University, from May 2010.

 Ø   2 years experience as optometrist in Riyadh armed forces hospital (from 2 april 2008 to), through I have worked in Refraction, Contact lenses fitting, Pediatric optometry, Lasik work up, Visual Field testing, Ultrasounds, Pentacam and Optical path difference (OPD).

 
Ø   1 year internship divided to 4 months rotations in each of the following hospitals:

·       

 Riyadh Armed forces hospital from 17 February to 13 June 2007.

·       

King Khaled eye specialist hospital from 16 June to 10 October 2007.

·       

King Fahad Medical city from 20 October to 13 February 2008.

 

Skills:

Good command in English and computer skills.

Symposium and meeting:

·The association for research in vision and ophthalmologyannual Meeting from May 6–10, 2012 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

· Low vision symposium at King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh on 15th of March 2009, and awarded 8 CME/PD credit hours.

·Saudi Ophthalmology combined meeting of the 23rd, 24th and 25th annual symposium of the King Khaled Eye Specialist hospital and the 19th, 20th and 21st annual Scientific meeting of the Saudi Ophthalmological society at King Fahad Cultural center, Riyadh, King Dom of Saudi Arabia in 2006, 2007 and 2008 Accredited for 24 CME hours by the Saudi council for health specialist.

·Second International Symposium on Systemic Disease in Ophthalmology in 2005 at Riyadh armed forces hospital, Awarded 17 CME hours by the Saudi council for health specialist.
