1. Research expertise: A technically competent professional with experience in Research & Development across Biochemistry & Human Physiology & cell and molecular biology. Well versed in planning and documentation of day-to-day research activities for process development, validation studies and procured the problems in cell & molecular techniques as appropriate to the timely completion of research objectives. Highly skilled in handling cutting edge research techniques on transgenic mice development, and experimental model development on tissue-specific gene knockout animal and cell line. 2. Area specification: Corneal dystrophy, Human Physiology (Heart & Kidney disease), Optical & Biomedical Imaging, Allergy Rhinitis, Nasal rhinosinusitis (Epithelial cell remodeling), Stem cell therapy, Radiation & Cancer Biology, Skin Cancer & Photobiology. 3.Teaching Experience/Employment history: (i). 2 years: Postdoctoral Researcher(Feb 2017 – Aug 2018) Cardiac hormone ANP and Guanaylyl cyclase/natriuretic receptors gene-targeted heart and kidney tissue-specific Knockout in vivo and in vitro model.
