Course Descriptions
The course aims to provide students with an overview of the most recent concepts related to business ethics along with the stakeholder’s approach. Students will look at issues of corporate social responsibility, ethical decision making, ethics of Consumer Production and Marketing. It also aims at developing an effective ethics program to guide students and corporations to distinguish between ethical and unethical practices. Moreover, this course will provide students with real life case examples so that they can compare their learning with the actual implications. 

Learning Outcomes
1. Knowledge and Understanding
Students attending this course will be able to identify business organizations as either ethical or unethical. They will be able to understand the history of business ethics and read about the recent theories and concepts related to the subject. Students will read and expose themselves to daily examples of unethical dilemmas and the catastrophic consequences of such practices.  Student’s discussions and brainstorming will create an opportunity for further dialogue, debate, learning about the issue and its impact on the society as a whole.
2. Intellectual Skills
Students attending this course will be able to understand, analyze, interpret, and assess strategic ethical issues and decisions that tend to have a broader, long-term impact and that are costly to reverse if one is wrong.  They will be able to assess ethical and unethical practices and develop an attitude of change and development while being ethical and principle centered future business leader.     
3. General and Transferable Skills
Students attending this course will be able to assess their own strengths and weaknesses and adjust future performance in light of their self-assessments.  It will assess students’ ability to transform the theoretical understanding into realistic issues.  Student achievement of this learning outcome is assessed by the instructors' evaluations of students’ commitment to submission deadlines, course attendance, and team-work contribution.

تعليمات هامة :
1 ـ  على الطلاب الانتظام في حضور المحاضرات ، علماً بأن الطالب سوف يحرم من دخول الامتحانات إذا بلغت نسبة غيابه لدى أستاذ المقرر 25% فأكثر.
2 ـ لا توجد اختبارات بديلة الا في حالة  تقديم عذر رسمي معتمد لدى إدارة الكلية .
3. على الطلاب الالتزام بالتاريخ المحدد لتسليم الواجبات و لا تقبل الواجبات بعد التاريخ المحدد مهما كان العذر المقدم .   
 4. يمنع استخدام الموبايل  اثناء المحاضرات و على الطالب اغلاق الموبايل أثناء المحاضرة.
5. على الطالب الالتزام بالحضور في الوقت المحدد للمحاضرة تماماً , لأن التأخر بالحضور يسبب الازعاج لكل من الأستاذ و الطلاب ,  و سوف يعتبر التأخر لمرتين غياب كامل .
6. يمنع اصطحاب المأكولات  و المشروبات الى داخل القاعة و يستثنى "الماء" فقط لا غير .
