تخطيط المتن اللغوي في اللغة التركية: استقراء تاريخي

في هذه الورقة البحثية يحاول الباحثان استقصاء تخطيط المتن اللغوي في الحالة التركية من خلال قراءة واعية لأبرز السياسات اللغوية ودوافعها وانعكاساتها المختلفة. وتبدأ الورقة باستعراض تاريخي للغة التركية وجذورها اللغوية، ثم يتناول النقاش أبرز مراحل تخطيط المتن اللغوي بدءا من اختيار الأبجدية الصغدية، ثم اختيار الأبجدية العربية في العصر القراخاني، مرورا باللغة التركية العثمانية، والتحولات التي شهدتها من خلال مناهضة استخدام المفردات العربية والفارسية والخطوات اللاحقة التمهيدية لاستبدال الحروف العربية بالحروف اللاتينية، ثم مرحلة الانقلاب اللغوي. وتناول الباحثان أبرز الإجراءات التي أعقبت تغيير الحرف العربي والتي كان أبرزها المتابعة الحازمة لتطبيق السياسة اللغوية الجديدة، وتأسيس الجمعية اللغوية التركية وإقرار قانون الألقاب وتتريك الدستور والدعوة إلى إحياء الفكر الطوراني. كما تناول النقاش أثر تغييرات المتن اللغوي من وجهة نظر الباحثين الأتراك المؤيدين والمعارضين. وفي ختام البحث حاول الباحثان تقييم التجربة التركية؛ وبغض النظر عن الموقف من التغييرات التي طالت المتن اللغوي في اللغة التركية تظل تجربة ثرية تحمل العديد من الخبرات والمواقف التي يحسن فهمها، والإفادة منها في التعامل مع القضايا اللغوية في البيئات المختلفة خصوصا فيما يتعلق بالتنقية اللغوية والتعامل مع الازدواجية اللغوية.
Planning linguistic text in the Turkish language: Historical Induction
Research Summary:
In this paper both researchers are trying to survey linguistic text planning in the Turkish state by reading conscious of the most prominent language policies and the different motivations and implications. The study begins review of historical language Turkish linguistic roots, and then addresses the debate highlighted the stages of Text linguistic planning from the selection of Alsgdah alphabet, and then choose the Arabic alphabet in Alqrakhani era, passing Turkish Ottoman language, and the transformations that took place through the anti-use of Arabic vocabulary, Persian and subsequent steps preliminary to replace Arabic letters in Latin script, and then the coup linguistic stage. And both researchers mentioned the most highlighted actions that followed the change of Arab character, whose most highlighted one was a follow-up to apply the new language policy, and the founding of the Turkish Linguistic Society and the adoption of the law of the titles and make Turkish Constitution and the call to revive the Toranian thought. Also addressed the impact of the debate Text linguistic changes from the perspective of Turkish researchers supporters and opponents. At the conclusion of research both researchers tried to evaluated the Turkish experience, regardless of the position of the changes, which affected linguistic induction in the Turkish language remains rich experience carry many of the experiences and attitudes that it is better understood, and utilized in dealing with language issues in different environments, especially with regard to linguistic technique and dealing with bilingualism.
