Assignment 1
Create a glossary of 20 words that you select from an audio book of your choice. You can choose any book as long as it is NOT:
- Longer than 4 to 5 hours.
- Children's book.
- chosen by one of your classmates.
You are required to email me the title of the book for approval before you start working on it. you will need to follow the sample I provided in the document attached here. For every word, you will have to look up in a dictionary it's:
- Part of speech
- Quote in which you found the word.
- Definition in English in the specific context from which you selected the word (the sentence where you found it)
- Translation in Arabic according to that specific context in which you located the word (in that specific sentence)
You will also have to provide the titles of the dictionaries English and Arabic that you consulted to do the assignment. The words should be selected from different chapters of the book (not all from the same chapter).The chapter number as well as the exact time on the audio book time line when you heard the word should be provided.
The assignment is out of 5 points. It is due on November 28,2019. assignments should be submitted on LMS.
